I don't have the car at the moment to check and FAST only shows the front bolts, but the service manual shows the rear bolts are a removable pair like the front. So, should be fine to replace all with longer bolts if necessary. FWIW the listing on PRP says the current bolts can be reused, are you sure the subframe is all the way up and nothing catching?
